Our containers are designed for the toughest conditions on earth. We offer ground
level on-site storage that is easy to use.
Types of containers
- Storage Containers are used for general purpose transportation
and storage. These containers are manufactured for international shipping and are
usually steel. Mobile storage delivered to you!
- Cold Storage Containers offer portable, electric powered units
delivered to your door. Whether your cold storage needs are temporary or permanent,

- Office Containers give you a ground level temporary office space
anywhere you need it. No permits, no steps and no expensive set up! (a link to

- Modified Containers are custom designed for you. Some features
we offer are: steel man doors, windows with security bars, lights, electrical outlets,
heat/ac, insulated walls, tiled floors, shelves, racks and custom paint colors.

Staying Dry
The term "wind and water tight" is used a lot in our industry. Did you know that all
trailers and containers can develop condensation? Condensation develops due to high
humidity levels and day-to-night temperature fluctuations. Here are some steps to protect
your goods.
- Reduce moisture with drying products. You may use products like Damp Rid; please review
their website for appropriate recommendations.
- For sensitive materials or longer term protection, the use of desiccants can
be effective. A desiccant is a hygroscopic substance that induces or sustains a
state of dryness (desiccation) in its local vicinity in a moderately well-sealed

- Inspect your unit regularly and after it rains. Make sure seals are in good order.
Rental customers should call us immediately if they notice any type of damage to
the unit (please review our lease for a full explanation of our damage policy).
- Keep the doors closed as much as possible.
About Delivery
- Our containers are delivered by a tractor and a tilt style delivery trailer.
If you are limited by space, we can deliver your 20 ft container with a smaller,
roll back wrecker.
- If your location is off road, please tell us before your delivery. You will need
to review and sign our delivery waiver of liability.
- Space Allowance: Please allow 120 feet to deliver a 40 ft container and
40 ft of space for a twenty foot container. We need 14 feet of overhead space;
so please check for trees and overhead wires.
- Surface: The shipping container has a base with 4 corners. It is designed
to be supported at each of these corners. Although it's possible to put the container
directly on the ground, you may choose to provide some suitable stability to keep
the container level with adequate drainage. Also this can be important because
an uneven site can cause the doors to bind. So think about something to support
their ends: pressure treated 6’ x 6’ lumber, asphalt or a bed of gravel. Our staff
will be glad to review this with you when we set up delivery. Our drivers can assist
you with leveling your container upon delivery. Please let us know if you would
like us to supply 6’ x 6’ lumber for your delivery.

and no visible holes, refurbished-sandblasted, painted, door molding replaced as
needed.

How do I choose? If your storage items must be loaded from a dock or a move
is anticipated after loading, you need a storage trailer. Trailers have wheels and
dolly legs and are dock high storage. Containers are ground level storage. Please call
